Melissa Witmer
Melissa Witmer is a sports performance coach and speaker who began her career in ultimate frisbee with a focus on helping athletes train for strength and conditioning. As a result of years working with athletes across all levels, she discovered that physical training alone wasn’t enough. Many athletes were struggling to perform under pressure, despite doing everything right in practice.
Combined with her coaching experience and passion for mental performance, Melissa took to the stage to help athletes and coaches better understand how the brain impacts confidence, focus, and results.
Today, her talks and workshops give athletes actionable tools to build real confidence, resilience, and stronger relationships with teammates and coaches.
